By applying for the FAIM certification, FIDI’s members undertake to comply with the globally highest quality standards. So those who additionally obtain a FAIM PLUS certificate belong to the top league of moving companies all over the world. We are proud that for years we have been able to meet the strict requirements of the FAIM PLUS certification. Also in 2016 we successfully passed the audit, attaining the top score at the first attempt.

Supplier Code of Conduct
We pledge to our customers, employees and business partners that we will adhere to the highest ethical standards. To ensure proper integrity also across the whole supply chain, we have developed a Supplier Code of Conduct. Our business partners are obliged to know and comply with it, and Its key points are as follows:
Applicable legal regulations are always observed. Free and fair competition is never prevented. Quotations, invoices and other correspondence should always be clear, transparent, accurate and consistent.
A healthy and safe working place is ensured for all employees. They are all insured and registered with the relevant authorities in a timely manner and as required by law. No one is employed illegally. In addition, employees are protected against any harassment or abuse. No discrimination on grounds of gender, race, religion, disability or the like is tolerated.
Every effort is made to minimise any harmful effects of the business operations on the environment.

We take a zero tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. Therefore, we require all partners, agents and suppliers to comply with the local guidelines and laws.
